At 15:33 on September 11, 2025, the Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from this afternoon to night, gusts of around 8 levels will occur in most parts of Wenquan, the southern mountainous areas of Jinghe, the shallow mountain belt, and the line from Alashankou to Aibi Lake. Gusts of around 10 levels will occur in most parts of Wenquan Zalmut Township, Huhetoha Livestock Farm to the southern mountainous areas of Haxia Forest Farm, and around Sailimu Lake. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
