瑞安市水利局、瑞安市气象局2026年08月08日19时00分联合发布山洪灾害气象风险蓝色预警：根据未来降雨预报，预计8月8日20时至8月9日20时，陶山镇、林川镇、湖岭镇、芳庄乡、桐浦镇、高楼镇、马屿镇、曹村镇、平阳坑镇、仙降街道、潘岱街道、塘下镇、锦湖街道可能发生山洪灾害蓝色预警。请各乡镇街密切关注降雨情况，落实山洪灾害防御责任，加强山洪风险区巡查排险，做好防御工作，确保人民群众生命安全。

From tonight on, all townships (towns, streets) in our city will have heavy rain to rainstorm, and from tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, there will be heavy rain to heavy rainstorm, and some extremely heavy rainstorm. Attention should be paid to prevention by all relevant parties.

Description

Within 6 hours may be or has been affected by tropical cyclones, coastal or land average winds force is 12 or more, or gust force is 14 or more and may persist.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings, suspension of work, class, operation, market, and business (except for special industries);

3. On-water operations in relevant waters and passing ships shall return to the port to avoid wind, strengthen port facilities, and prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind. Personnel should stay in a wind-proof and safe place as much as possible. When the center of the typhoon passes by, the wind will decrease or remain static for a period of time. Remember that strong winds will suddenly blow, and should continue to stay. Take shelter from the wind in a safe place, and promptly transfer people from dangerous houses;

5. Relevant areas should pay attention to preventing mountain torrents and geological disasters that may be caused by heavy rainfall.
