At 15:57 on October 6, 2025, the Pan an County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: Currently, scattered convective cloud clusters are forming and developing in our county. It is expected that there will be lightning activity in towns, streets, and villages such as Incheon, Panfeng, Jiuhe, and Yushan from this afternoon to the first half of the night, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation and locally strong convective weather such as 6-8 level thunderstorms and winds.
